Happy Easter....We began our morning with Coffee, the Egg Casserole (I put together the day before) and a very nice fruit salad. Judy mentioned it's hard to bake in the high altitude. Dishes seem to take longer to cook and you need to adjust some of the ingredients. Which is very hard for her as she doesn't make dishes from a box which would give you the high altitude instructions. After breakfast we decided to play golf at the Todd Creek Golf Club. It was sunny, and 68 degree which was very comfortable. By the time we got to the 8th hole, it was hailing and very cold. We decided to quit after nine holes and the clubhouse issues us a 9 hole rain check. After getting back to the house, Judy checked on Tom and we all changed into comfy clothes, watched Golf, then Warriors and ate Popcorn and the rest of the Cheeseball/Crackers (YUMMY). We were hoping to go back out after 4:00pm but, it seems like the rain will continue throughout the rest of the day.

Judy suggested we go get Pizza, well all the pizza joints were closed. So, the next best thing was to make our own. Which we continued to watch golf, eat Pizza and Desert. It was nice to see Tom able to enjoy Pizza and Desert but, unfortunately in his room. He is getting better.
